In Memoriam

We announce the passing of our colleague, partner and friend Ronald Joseph Rose, aged 75, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at Baptist South Hospital in Jacksonville. He was our president and leader for 10 years at Nova until recently stepping aside. Ron was a co-founder of Nova Pressroom Products in Jacksonville, Florida, and has been a dynamic figure in the printing business for over forty years. As a long-time executive in the printing and graphic arts industry, Ron was an ultimate people person and had a story for every occasion. Ron spent thirty years with the Fuji companies, perfecting the art of sales. His career achievement was co-founding Nova Pressroom Products in 2007 with his long-time business partners. He was an industry advocate and active member of the NPES and spoke to congress on behalf of the printing industry.

Ron was an avid golfer, huge history buff, loved a good Canadian whiskey, and country music. Ron was a devoted Baltimore Md native who fondly recounted tales of the Colts, Orioles, Calvert Hall and Ocean City Maryland. Ron gave to many causes and was always willing to help someone in need.

He was a one-of-a-kind personality. His spirit lives on thru his family, friends, colleagues and customers who knew him. We dedicate the continued future success of Nova Pressroom Products is his honor and his legacy.
